I have rented several times from this location and they always provide GREAT customer service! They make the process quick and easy. Everyone is very nice, but Cheri is the best! I brought the wrong type of phone charging cable and she had one that she let me borrow. It saved me so much time and I was so grateful. Highly recommend renting from here.

Very quick and helpful. Got a 2023 electric vehicle which I was skeptical about at first, but thankful I got it after. Car was extremely clean. Cheri did an amazing job helping me out and was very professional!

I visited Hertz in Passaic for the first time, and I just had to leave a review. My regular car just gave out on me, so I decided to take a look here to get something on the go during the eclipse. Surprisingly I live 8 mins from the location, and I’ve never rented from here before, however I must say, I found my new go to spot!!! Cherry is absolutely AMAZING. She engages with you, checks on you for the maintenance of your car throughout, and also makes sure to get you a really good bang for your buck! I drove the new Polestar 2 and I just saw, I have a completely different outlook on electric cars for sure! I can’t wait to buy one off the lot. Nonetheless, thank you Cherry and team for all your help!!

I met with a Very Bad Accident, & Cherri was Emotional & Sympathized Me , gave Me a Water Bottle , Not Only that She Contacted My Ins. Co. very efficiently in a quick helpful Manner On the Top she gave Me a Brand New Car Nissan Rouge, Her Colleague was also very Gentleman & Helpful Cherri is Amazing, I Would Strongly Recommend this Passaic Location as long as Cherri & her Efficient staff is there. Cherry is extremely professional and accommodating with her clients. She makes things very smooth and goes out of her way to assist you. I needed a car because mine broke down and encountered some issues with Hertz customer service and then contacted Cherry. She made sure that everything was sorted out for me in a timely manner and I would definitely use services at this location again. I strongly recommend Cherry and her team.

The customer service and professionalism are top notch at Hertz Passaic: it was the best experience I have ever had at a car rental agency. Everything was easy, because the staff is so helpful and personable. The car was in great condition, and at a reasonable price.
